Gordon Jovic
Born in Wollongong, Australia, to Croatian immigrant parents, Gordon’s roots remain deeply connected to his heritage—he still regularly visits their hometown of Zadar for inspiration and reflection.
His photography journey began shortly after the Sydney Olympics, and it didn’t take long for him to rise through the ranks. Gordon has since become one of the most decorated photographers in the industry, earning over 150 international awards from prestigious bodies including AIPP, WPPI, and SWPP.
In London, he was twice honored with the SWPP International Photographer of the Year Awards in both Bridal Portrait and Contemporary categories—a rare and distinguished achievement in 2009 and 2010.
Beyond the accolades, Gordon has shared his expertise as a Masterclass speaker at major European conventions and has trained professional photographers across the globe. His work has not only set a benchmark in quality but has also graced the covers of leading photography magazines worldwide.
