DO I OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE IMAGES?
Benchmark Photo are the copyright holders and exclusively own the rights to all materials produced.
We provide all images in high resolution which can be used for promotional purposes of the property.
The images are not transferable to another agent should the property not sell.
HOW LONG DOES BENCHMARK STORE OUR IMAGES?
We keep your files on our servers for 6 months. Thereafter they are archived and kept safe for an additional 2 years.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
We invoice agencies on a monthly basis. Payments are made by electronic transfer.
DOES BENCHMARK SERVICE OTHER AREAS APART FROM SYDNEY?
Yes we do subject to availability. Travel and accommodation expenses may apply.
WHAY HAPPENS IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POOR?
If the weather conditions are extremely bad we may need to re-schedule.
HOW LONG DOES A PHOTO SHOOT TAKE?
Typically 40 minutes but it may vary depending on the size of the property. Drone footage is usually done early mornings or late in the afternoon to ensure the lighting conditions are suitable. Twilight photography is always carried out just prior to sunset and can take about an hour all up.
DOES A HOME NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR A SHOOT?
A neat and tidy home is always preferred we suggest de-cluttering, cleaning and removing unnecessary items. We will assist if necessary at the time of the shoot.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE SHOOT?
We are fully self-sufficient and don’t require client attendance, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you’d like. Just make sure to provide us with any information needed to access the property.
IN WHAT FORMAT ARE IMAGES RECEIVED?
Generally JPEG format in high resolution & web optimised.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE IMAGES?
Before the shoot, if you desire any specific angles, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you are on-site during the process, our photographers would be more than happy to accommodate any specific angles you prefer. After the pictures are adjusted and corrected through our rigorous post process, our experienced team of editors will ensure that you receive the best images highlighting the property, as well as any angles that were requested.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE IMAGES & WHEN?
You will receive a link to download the photos as a .zip file. If you prefer an alternative delivery method, let us know!
Images are received 12 - 24 hours post the photo shoot.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
This depends on the package you choose.
