We were lucky enough to see some of Cambodia's popular destinations while photographing some popular hotels in Phnom Penh & Sihankouville on the coast. Our first stop was in Phnom Penh's Anik Palace Hotel which is a lovely 4 star establishment located in a bustling area of Phnom Penh. We then drove around 3.5 hours via the new motorway to Sihankouville and stayed at the waterfront Independance hotel & resort. Finally we went back to the capitol and stayed at the Palace Gate Hotel right next to the palace.
All 3 hotels have wonderful and friendly staff and a great breakfast which made shooting a breeze.

The restaurant overlooks the private beach and has a great menu for all
