ABOUT ME
Hi I am Gordon Jovic I was born in Wollongong, Australia I am the son of Croatian immigrants.
In the late 80's my parents moved to Germany when I was just 14 yearts old where I continued my schooling andwhere I quickly learnt the German language.
During my years in Germany I often traveled to my parents native Croatia and more specifically the beautiful coastal town Zadar.
I fell in love with Croatia and ever since consider it my second home. in 1999 I moved back to Sydney where I turned pro photographer.
Initially, I started in wedding photography and shot weddings across the globe for a solid 10 years winning over 100x International awards and winning the prestigious Bridal Portrait & Contemporary Photographer of the year award SWPP London.
FUTURE PLANS
I will be running a few photographic tours through Croatia during summertime in 2024 and the neighbouring countries Slovenia and Italy during the whith the possibility of an autumn workshop depending on the demand.

WHAT IS THE COST & DURATION?
The estimated duration will be 5 days and 4 nights. The exact cost will be available soon although as a rough guide approximately 1,500 Euro per person should cover the whole workshop/tour.
WHEN ARE THE TOURS TAKING PLACE?
The exact dates have yet to be determined and may depend on demand although most likely during the month of July and possibly October.

WHERE WILL THE TOURS START?
All tours will begin in Zadar, Croatia which is my parents hometown and one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia and the World. Zadar is Internationally known for it's incredible sunsets. Alfred Hitchkock himself said that the most beautiful sunset in the World can be experienced in Zadar.
SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TOUR
We will shoot the incredible sunset in Zadar during dusk. I will show you exactly how I take dusk photos and share my bracketing settings and techniques with you. We will visit the Plitvice National Park and shoot the waterfalls. We will shoot the magical Lake Bled in Slovenia at sunrise and so much more!
