RISK FREE HOTEL PHOTOGRAPHY?!

Photographing a hotel is generally a big job, it involves shooting around customers and shooting at the best time of day. Bedrooms and bed linen must be immaculate and facilities such as conference rooms need to be setup. It can easily take a full day to shoot a small hotel and several days to shoot a large one. Everything needs to be absolutely perfect for each shot. Getting everything ready for photos can be quite time consuming. Why do so many hotels display dated or poor quality photos on their website and on booking engines? We believe it's a combination of finding the time to organize a photo shoot, getting the hotel prepared and often it comes down to the upfront cost. It can be quite expensive to have a hotel professionally photographed however, the return on investment is definitely worth it! Good images are key when choosing a place to stay for travelers heading to your destination.

Potential hotel guests spend no more than a few seconds browsing through booking engines. First impressions are paramount for attracting them to your hotel!




NO UPFRONT OR HIDDEN COSTS! We understand hotels have high outgoings and are often hesitant to invest in photography. This is why Benchmark have introduced a new way of updating hotel photos without the big price tag and without any financial risks.



HOW DOES IT WORK? The first step is to get in touch with us to arrange a viewing of your hotel. Once we have viewed your hotel we'll be able to advise you on what you will need to do and prepare for a hotel shoot. We'll also be able to give you an estimate of how long your shoot might take. Once you have chosen a suitable date to carry out the shoot we will get to work. We work very discreetly and of course around the hotel's busy schedule. Once we have carried out the shoot the photos undergo a meticulous editing process. Ultimately, you will receive a download link to all the images. If you don't like the images you do not need to purchase them and there is no obligation whatsoever to purchase any images. However, if you do wish to purchase images you only pay for the images you want at a very reasonable fixed price per image. Should you want them all as some hotels have chosen to do in the past, we can provide you with a highly competitive package price. Some smaller hotels decide to purchase just 10-30 images and that's great. The benefit to the hotel is they only pay for the number of images they wish to purchase and not for dozens of images they don't really want or need.
