Unlike the vast majority of other companies where the photographer alone takes the photos and then does the floorplan drawing. Benchmark will have a team 2 people every time. If the job is to provide both photos and a floorplan which is so often the case.
WHY IS THIS BETTER?
It's better for various reasons. The main reason is that photographers are generally bad floorplaners and too often make errors which slow down the whole process. Our dedicated floorplaners do nothing else but draw floorplans and they are super precise so there is hardly ever a reason to go back and make amendments wasting your valuable time.
Two people are much faster! While the photographers takes the photos the floorplaner does the drawing and both are usually done around the same time. This is twice as fast as having one person do both so agents don't need to wait around for long while Vendors are happy to get this done in half the time.
