Effective January 1, 2024, Benchmark will assign two professionals to each real estate project. 1. Photographer 2. Floor Planner In contrast to most other companies, where a single photographer handles both photography and floor plan creation, Benchmark will deploy a two-person team for tasks that require both photographs and a floor plan, which is frequently the case.



Why Is This Better?

This approach is superior for several reasons. Primarily, photographers often lack expertise in creating floor plans, which can lead to errors and delays in the process. Our specialized floor plan designers focus exclusively on drawing floor plans, ensuring a high level of precision and minimizing the need for revisions, thus saving your valuable time.



Having two individuals work simultaneously significantly increases efficiency. While the photographer captures the images, the floor planner completes the drawings, and both tasks are typically finished concurrently. This approach is twice as fast as having one person perform both tasks, reducing the waiting time for agents and allowing vendors to complete the process in half the time.
